When seeking health improvement and fat loss, typically, the key to success does not lie in dieting but rather in reshaping the habits that got you there in the first place. The same applies to any health goal- the foundation for achievement lies in your daily routines and efforts.

Weight gain is often viewed as a lack of self-control, with the main focus being Calories-In, Calories-Out. But, there is an often overlooked component of hormonal imbalances of insulin and/or cortisol that needs to be addressed. When working with me, the focus will revolve around correcting this imbalance.
